EUROMETREC Plenary meeting, 26th September 2007

During the plenary meeting of 26th September 2007, EUROMETREC delegates discussed a large number of issues, among which:

the 2008 membership dues, the EU non-ferrous scrap market situation, the development of the most recent legislative issues relating to waste (EU revised framework directive on waste, EU shipments regulation 1013/2006, implementation of the WEEE directive in the EU member states, Reach), the problems caused by the thefts of metals, the national rules regarding VAT and scrap purchases from individuals, the EUROMETREC presidential election, etc…
